A different kind of AI company.
We build products, advise executives, and publish research: three activities that most firms keep separate, but that we think belong together.
Vector & Value AI is a combination of an AI product company, a strategy consultancy, and an applied research organization.
Most AI companies sell software. Most AI consultancies sell advice. Most AI research is disconnected from either. We think the useful work sits at the intersection: research sharpens our judgment, judgment shapes the products and strategy we build, and building keeps our research honest.
That combination means we’re not selling a single model, platform, or methodology. We’re accountable to a simpler standard: does the work actually create measurable value for the organizations we serve.
We work with CEOs, boards, and the teams they trust to make AI investment decisions. Not because AI is a board-level topic in the abstract, but because the decisions involved (what to build, what to buy, what to govern, what to avoid) are ones only they can ultimately make. Our job is to make those decisions better informed.
Principles we hold ourselves to.
Intellectual independence
We’re not owned by, or reselling for, any single model provider or platform. Our recommendations follow the evidence, not a partnership agreement.
Evidence-based thinking
Claims about what AI can do are testable. We test them through our research, our products, and the engagements we run, rather than relying on the general hype cycle.
Measurable outcomes
An AI initiative that can’t be measured against a business outcome isn’t yet a strategy. We build measurement into the work from the start, not as an afterthought.
